Mr. Phillips has more than 35 years of real estate investment and operating experience, having brokered over 300 multifamily transactions and has been directly responsible for the property management of over 35,000 units with an estimated asset valuation of $1.5+ Billion. He attended San Diego State University where he majored in Real Estate and Finance and is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) as well as a Certified Property Manager (CPM).

Ms. Finn has over 15 years of property management experience running the day-to-day operations of multifamily residential assets and has been integral in growing Catalyst. She has managed over 10,000 units with an estimated valuation of over $500 million and has been instrumental in developing and implementing policies and procedures that formed the framework for Catalyst’s operating efficiency.
Mr. Brzezinski has more than 22 years of Multifamily experience. In his career, Mr. Brzezinski has worked directly in property management as well as third-party services directly selling products that benefit owner/operators while building lasting and mutually beneficial partnerships across Multifamily properties and other asset classes. Mr. Brzezinski completed his Undergraduate and Graduate work at the University of Texas at Dallas.
Benjamin Phillips is an accomplished commercial real estate professional with a tenure extending over two decades. Launching his career in 2002, Benjamin has established himself as an industry authority with a focus on investment and sales in the multi-family real estate sector.
His commitment to data-driven decision-making has informed his progression from a humble beginning in property management to a seasoned leader in real estate sales and brokerage. Benjamin initiated a property management department of their family company in 2002, where he oversaw its remarkable growth from 43 units to over 1,800 units in under three years.
In 2005, he transitioned into real estate sales, demonstrating an unparalleled aptitude for buyer representation for apartment investors. His dedication and proficiency were recognized when he earned his brokerage license in 2008, followed by the coveted Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation from the CCIM Institute in 2009.
Benjamin’s leadership skills have not only led to his success as an individual but have also enriched the teams and organizations he’s been a part of. The North Texas CCIM Chapter, recognized as one of the largest globally, entrusted him with the role of Membership Chairman in 2010. He later held the position of Commercial Managing Director for the KW Commercial brand in Frisco, Texas, from 2009 to 2013 and again in 2017 to 2019.
An accomplished educator, Benjamin has been training agents and teaching classes since 2007, reinforcing his commitment to knowledge sharing and industry advancement when he earned his instructor’s certification with the Texas Real Estate Commission in 2012.
In recent years, Benjamin has closed on an impressive 955 units across 9 multifamily properties with MBP Capital, a testament to his strategic acumen and thorough understanding of the commercial real estate market.
