MBP is seeking accredited investors as equity partners to invest up to $10.2 million for Hidden Village.

Hidden Village is a newly constructed “best-in-class” Single-Family Build-for-Rent community developed by D.R. Horton that consist of 75 units, situated on 12.9 acres nestled in a growing, desirable suburban location outside the DFW metroplex. The newly constructed BFR community offers desirable floor plans with attached two-car garages and private back-yards. Additionally, 88% of current rents are below comparable market rates and the property is being purchased below appraised value.

MBP will be investing alongside equity partners. MBP will invest a minimum of 5% of the total equity.

MBP will be the asset manager and will hire Cushman & Wakefield for the day–to-day property management responsibilities
